Andrea’s love of language—delight, actually—was quickly evident in our First 10-pages manuscript feedback call. Her notes were precise but also served the whole. She pointed to areas needing simplification, suggested a word change or three, and we had a laugh over an unintended image (um, ‘overhead pages bursting’ in my medical mindset vs. her literary one. Oh!) She was enormously encouraging about my query letter, my prose and my pages. Best of all, Andrea’s enthusiasm is absolutely infectious. This woman sparkles!
