Join us for TWO masterclasses on pitching–and the chance to try it out in your very own 1:1 agent pitch practice meeting.
The goal isn’t perfection–it’s growth. This is built for introverts who are worried about conference season. You’ll leave confident, courageous, and knowing more about how to talk about your work in a way that feels like a lightbulb moment for an agent.
At this event, you don’t have to be perfect to get a yes.
While we can in no way guarantee an agent or editor request, we can tell you that practice makes your next pitch better–and this is a great place to start.
Your ticket comes with:
- Masterclass with John Cusick, VP of Folio Literary, on verbal pitching (noon ET / 9am PT)
- Masterclass with Fiona Kenshole, Transatlantic Literary, on how to show an agent that they need to read your work, and to read it now–before someone else takes you on (1pm ET / 11am PT)
- One 1:1 Pitch Practice meeting with the faculty agent or editor of your choice (first come, first served, choose a time 2:30pm ET – 6pm ET / 11:30 am PT – 3pm PT + limited, additional times April 27-May 1)
You may purchase additional 1:1 meetings at $29 each after registration.
Please note that all 1:1 meetings must be booked by 11:59pm ET on Friday, April 24, 2026.

We can’t guarantee a yes from this event–that will be based on whether your project is a good fit for your faculty member. That said, you will NOT be rejected because your pitch isn’t smooth. Determinations will be based on content, not delivery.
Members: No need to register. You can view the classes for free, but pitch practice meetings are $29 each.
