How To View Classes

Ready to view your classes? Need some tech help? You’ve come to the right place! Never fear: Academy is here.

Welcome! Thank you so much for joining us. Once you’ve purchased your membership or class, come back here and we’ll show you how to view.

We know every computer is different, so we wanted to give you step-by-step instructions for getting yourself into our classes and content.

Basic instructions (what to try first):

  1. See the blue “My Account/Member Login” button on the upper right-hand corner of your screen? Click that, and login.
  2. Congratulations! You’ve just done the hardest part. 🙂 Pat yourself on the back.
  3. Login not working? Lost your password? Email us at Academy@ManuscriptWishList.com and we’ll reset it for you.
  4. Come back here, and click on the button for your content on the left (or, on mobile, above). There are direct links to single classes and–for monthly members–the full library.

 

Still not working? Try the following.

  1. Everything works better in Chrome. We don’t know why, but some more advanced elements of the site don’t play nicely with Safari. Download Chrome here.
  2. Make sure you’re only logged in to one computer at a time, in one window, at a time. Security measures make this so you can only be in one place at one time. Why? So you can’t share your password, like Netflix.
  3. Still having trouble? We can reset your password and log you out of all other sessions from here.
  4. Are you getting to the page but your video isn’t displaying? You probably need to update Flash. And yes, that’s just as fun as it sounds. Pop some popcorn; it’ll be about 10 minutes. Try this article here.
