Here’s some general help:
- I can’t get into the hangout. A few things to check: Are you using Chrome? Is Flash updated? Are you logged into your Gmail? All of these will help. Please also make sure that your microphone and camera are enabled. Your computer will ask for permission. Please say yes.
- There’s a lot of noise in my hangout. Please remind the others to use earbuds (so there isn’t an echo), and that they can each mute themselves if, for example, there’s construction in the background. Mouseover their window, find the microphone icon, and click until it’s crossed through.
