Writer Yoga with Rebecca DeRosa

Yoga can help us let go of stress and tension and can even spark creativity! This beginner-friendly Hatha Flow class combines gentle stretching, deep breathing, meditation, and visualization practices specifically tailored for writers.The instructor will give students different options throughout the class so each student can adapt their practice according to their needs and preferences.

Materials needed: A journal and pen, yoga mat (or blanket), and a chair or cushion to sit on during the visualization and meditation practice.

Rebecca DeRosa has a 200 hour certification from Siddhi Yoga in Dharamsala, India and a certification in Accessible Yoga from Integral Yoga in NYC. She is also a writer and member of the Manuscript Academy.
